The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city and being in the heart of all the action. It was just a short walk away from all the popular attractions and landmarks. the 24-hour reception was convenient as we could come and go as we pleased without any restrictions. Another great aspect was that towels were provided, so we didn't have to pack our own.
The check-in experience was a complete disaster. We arrived to find no one at the reception, and after waiting for a while, we finally managed to wake up the staff member who seemed intoxicated or under the influence of something.
